Pierceson York is a disciple of Jesus Christ, husband to a gorgeous wife, and father of three beautiful girls. His focus is on the high end luxury market of the Southern California coastal cities of Orange County: Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Corona Del Mar, Dana Point and Irvine.
His specialty is high end primary homes with high capital gain tax issues. He is able to help clients defer ALL capital gains tax on the sale of any highly appreciated assets, including primary residences.
He provides them with liquidity, diversification, optimal timing, cash flow, new depreciation schedules, flexibility, and freedom. He can also defer tax on highly appreciated commercial real estate (CRE), public and private stock, businesses, and cryptocurrencies.
He and his team are even able move assets outside of the taxable estate to avoid the 40% estate tax. He can assist with a failed 1031 exchange as well.
He love to assist clients with their real estate and financial needs and help them develop a transformational plan to create and preserve more wealth for their families today and for the future generations tomorrow.

Based out of San Diego, CA, Ana Gates is KLR's Marketing Director and focuses on incorporating the mission and philosophy of KLR into its brand and practices. With a highly relational and extroverted personality, her joy comes through getting to know clients and is probably equally excited about their new home prospects as they are.

Ana is a graduate of Point Loma Nazarene University with a BS in Marketing and Business Administration. She has served in event planning, donor relations, and social media management roles for various nonprofits in the past, leading her to finding a love for connecting real estate with charitable giving.
